The architect's understanding of design significantly impacts the resident’s ability to function. The Atria Assisted Living facility reflects an environment that promotes safety and independence.

As part of a multi-level care community, the three-story Atria Assisted Living Residence consists of 60 assisted living units, including 12 alcoves, 36 one-bedroom units and three two-bedroom units. Living, dining, private dining and recreation spaces are provided on the first level, as well as a Wellness Center. Resident television lounges are located on all three floors. Resident amenities include a resident laundry on each floor, commercial laundry service, a two-station beauty/barber shop, and individual storage enclosures. In addition, the community includes a 22-unit dementia care unit divided into two 11-bed neighborhoods.

The multi-level care community includes an active adult senior center, nursing home, hospital, rehabilitation center and medical office buildings. An independent living senior community has been designed to complete the continuum of care.
