The design of the Epoch Assisted Living Residence incorporates environmental, psychosocial and cultural elements that facilitate a higher level of functioning.
Located in an upscale residential area near the Houston Galleria, the new multi-story, 88,000-square-foot building includes 4 two-bedroom apartments, 20 one-bedroom apartments, 80 studio/alcoves and 16 studios. Each unit comprises a bedroom with a closet, kitchenette, dining/living room, storage area and bathroom with an accessible shower.
Space is provided in the building for physical therapy, exercise/activities, exams and administration with a conference room. Ancillary/activity services include a full-service salon operated by two of the area's leading stylists, plus a living room, lounge, mail center, arts and craft room, an ice cream parlor and a County Kitchen. The lower level provides residents with an outdoor deck that overlooks a shaded park setting. The restaurant facility provides four-star service supervised by the chef of the leading restaurant in Houston.
