Silverado Senior Living acquired this property with the intent of revitalizing the community by updating the interiors to bring a cohesive design and a sense of dignity and sophistication to the 80 residents currently residing within the community.

A Tuscan theme with warm, calming earth tones and pops of accent color are found throughout the community. Elements of an Italian Village were created by a “Great Fountain” located at the front entry lobby. Rich finishes include Travertine tile on walls, slate-like tiles on floors, granite counter tops and Venetian plaster on the walls in the dining areas, spa rooms, and entry lobby.

New furniture with calming colorful fabrics was added to all social spaces within the community creating a warm and cozy home-like environment that stimulates resident activity.
