Cadence Crossing, located immediately adjacent to the Texas A&M Health Science Center, will provide a relaxing and comfortable Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) environment.

The community will also provide unique benefits to its residents and the University. The University will have a venue for new and exciting academic and research programs focusing on issues affecting senior citizens, in addition to the project providing a financial benefit. The community will provide the residents with access to a wide array of academic and cultural enrichment experiences and social opportunities. It will include 60 independent living homes, 170 independent living apartments, a 40-unit assisted living facility, a 20-unit special care facility and a 20-bed skilled nursing facility, all included within a master-planned continuing care retirement community that blends into the landscape.
