The project is proposed to be a new three–level, one hundred fifty seven resident unit Congregate Living Facility located in Collierville, Tennessee.
The 453,777 square feet project is proposed to be a new three–level, one hundred fifty seven resident unit Congregate Living Facility located in Collierville, Tennessee. Administration, Ancillary/Activity Services, Food Services/Dining, Chapel and Maintenance/Support will be included, with a separate detached 960 s.f. Maintenance Building. The new facility will total approximately 103,750 s.f. per floor. Parking for Residents will be provided under the building.
The new Assisted Living facility will be connected to the Skilled Nursing and Special Care Facility and share Maintenance/Support and Food Service spaces. It will have forty resident units with additional common area spaces. The new facility will total approximately 30,120 s.f.
The Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility will be single-level, include approximately 32 beds and total approximately 14,900 gsf.
The Special Care Facility will be single-level, include approximately 23 beds, and total approximately 12,930 gsf.
