The first continuing care community in Tyler, Texas, the gated community of Meadow Lake sits on a beautiful 92-acre site.

The 600,000 s.f. project includes a full continuum of care, including 54 executive homes and 80 garden apartments for independent living. High ceilings, upgraded finishes, and modern kitchens provide a desirable lifestyle for residents, and all apartments include private patios or balconies. Two, three, and four bedroom executive home floor plans range from 1,600 square feet to 3,200 square feet, and one and two bedroom apartment options range from 804 to 1,413 square feet.

Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing are provided in a residential setting through distinctive neighborhoods in the community’s Longleaf Meadows Healthcare Center.

The Community Center is the “hub” of the campus, and houses activity rooms, an ice cream parlor, a barber shop and beauty salon, dining areas, a country store, and venues for film screenings and events. The lakeside Chamness Lodge provides additional space for gatherings of 60 to 160 people.
