Texas Tech Village is a senior living community at the Texas Tech University Golf Course. It sits on a 52 acre site and will total more that 300,000 SF of construction. This project will be a complement to the existing nursing and dining facility

The community provides different levels of senior living amenities in a golf course setting following the Spanish Renaissance design of Texas Tech University. The new buildings will include Independent Living, Assisted Living, and 60 Executive Homes. The Executive Homes are designed on 7 different models ranging from 1600 SF to 3,200 SF of conditioned space and provides service for seniors throughout the different ages. The Texas Tech setting and design will provide an upscale and comfortable living environment for the people ready to enjoy a lifetime.
