Timber Springs at SFA is a continuing care retirement community developed in Nacogdoches, Texas in association with East Texas Development, LLC and REES
The retirement community will include as many as 60 Villas or duplexes, 102 independent living units, 40 assisted living units and 24 nursing beds. The proposed site for the development is located within one mile of the Stephen F. Austin State University campus on prominent University Drive and will provide unique benefits for retired alumni, including involvement with activities at the University. The residents will enjoy a naturally landscaped, open campus with a nature trail and a pond. Residents may also enjoy views of the university campus from the upper floors of the facility.
