Tres Marias is a 108,000 square foot Mediterranean style Assisted Living facility to be located on a very steep site in Morelia, Mexico which provides great panoramic views from each apartment. This solution generates substantial value for the client / land owner
REES provided full design services for the client. Phase I includes design of 80 Assisted Living Units, plus common area. The Assisted Living planning will include seven levels of approximately 8,000 s.f. each. One level of parking for 40 automobiles will be provided under Assisted Living.
Phase II will include 36 Memory Care units. Two levels of Memory Care will total approximately 16,000 s.f.
