This facility specifically meets the unique needs and challenges of caring for residents with varying stages of Alzheimer's disease. The residents progress through various wings depending on the stage of the disease they are in.

The center provides a central open dining and activity space in each resident wing to encourage residents to be out of their rooms and interacting with staff and other residents. It also features 15' wide resident corridors, in lieu of the minimum 8' required, to provide ample interior space to walk about. At the ends of these corridors, there are sunrooms where residents can sit and look outside or visit with other residents.
Wesley Woods has 120 private rooms in four 30-room wings that extend from a central core. The core includes administrative offices, food service facilities and other support services. Also included is a Country Store, Country Kitchen, beauty parlor and private dining rooms.

Each wing has a separate secure exterior courtyard where residents can wander outside when the weather allows.
