This plan includes a repositioning and expansion of the overall campus, incorporating a new independent living home site called Bridgeview Estates. The community consists of 92 independent living units, including homes and duplexes that range from 1,500 to 2,200 square feet. A range of 1- and 2-bedroom plans with 6 unique designs is offered, each with a 2-car garage and private garden.
A signature covered bridge serves as the controlled access and connection point between the development’s three phases. A new community clubhouse provides a dining facility and event center with seating for up to 100 guests. The large, exposed timber structure dining room connects to an outdoor dining deck with a dual sided fire place overlooking the new bridge and existing creek.
Included in the scope of work is the relocation of the corporate offices to a new building also containing a marketing suite and wellness center. The wellness center further promotes the active adult lifestyle of the existing campus with a pool, workout facilities, a massage center and juice bar.
