The Meadow Lakes Village

The Meadow Lakes Village development team overcame numerous design challenges including a narrow area, poor soil conditions and an existing railway. REES completed a FACILITY BUSINESS PLAN® and design of a new 114,250 square foot independent living residence with a living assistance wing. The project is a phased development and includes 120 living units. Unit configurations include one and two bedroom units programmed as standard or deluxe. Each living unit has individual mechanical system controls, emergency call and two-way voice communication systems.

The common areas contain social, recreation and administrative functions including barber/beauty shop, "Country Store," game room, television room, library, living room, food services, housekeeping and laundry.

Residents find the transition from their home to Meadow Lakes Village one of environmental continuity.
