The facility is designed to provide a continuum of care while positioning the Baptist Village organization as one of the leading providers of senior services in the region.

REES completed a FACILITY BUSINESS PLAN® representing the short- and long-range requirements of the campus. The "repositioning" or expansion/renovation project is a phased development including nursing, assisted living, adult day care and independent living. Phase I consists of eight new patio homes, 18 independent living apartments, consolidation of nursing services, and conversion of an existing nursing unit for assisted living and dementia. Ancillary and activity services include gift shop, mini-mart/sidewalk cafe, multipurpose craft room, library and lounge. Phase II comprises additional patio homes and independent living apartments, a new dietary/welcoming center for independent living, and parking.
