The final phase of Broadway Plaza includes a new dramatic entry and unifies each level of care within this CCRC campus.

This prestigious Continuing Care Retirement Community improves its image and its product mix with the development of its final phase. With the completion of 19 new villas, 90 independent living apartments and 76 assisted living apartments, Broadway Plaza reaches its total size. At the completion of this phase, the project will total 107 villas, 210 independent living apartments, 76 assisted living apartments, 24 dementia units and 39 nursing beds.

Broadway Plaza provides the resident with five choices of villa plans, eight independent living unit plan options and three assisted living unit plan options. Independent living residents have a choice of three restaurant experiences as well as multiple choices for social activities.
