REES Atlanta Peachtree Pointe

Located in the artsy Midtown district, the new Atlanta office space continues to give REES a prominent Peachtree Street address adjacent to SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design), the High Museum, and the Lowe Gallery.

The new space encompasses approximately 8,400 square feet and will initially accommodate up to 20 employees, with expansion capability for up to 30 staff members. The space is designed for and is currently seeking LEED® Certification.

Visitors to the office enter through a glass portal that extends floor to ceiling into a crisp white rotunda. Slanted walls intensify the perception of space in the small entry lobby. A gallery space featuring REES projects links the lobby to the reception area.

A main boardroom and a secondary conference area are located along the sweeping glass curve of the exterior, fronting Peachtree Street. Break-out spaces are distributed throughout the design area, including a charrette space and two small, private conference rooms
