Phased Student Housing Expansion at The University of Oklahoma

Tradition Square's phased development offered the University the flexibility to provide replacement housing units and expand their housing portfolio while significantly improving the quality of their student life experience. Phases I and II included 16 apartment buildings with 24 apartments per building.  Each phase consists of 233,000 square feet of construction and approximately 580 parking spaces. The two, 4,000-square-foot community centers serve as hubs of student business and activity for each phase of the development. Amenities also include basketball and volleyball courts and community trails that intersect with park-like courtyards.
